Restful Sleep Protocol (by Almine)
For use with the Sleep CD and the alchemical oil, Flight of the Falcon.
- In the mornings, to start your day, do the light explosion meditation. It does not take long and places a white light shield around you that creates a sanctuary in which you can maintain your peace in the midst of the world’s turmoil.
- Apply the oil under each foot.
- Play the Tranquility relaxation music as background where you work or during commutes. Slow your breathing down to slow and deep breaths whenever you hear this music – that way it becomes a conditioned response so that the relaxed breathing automatically happens as a response when the music plays.
- At night, when you get ready for bed just mentally observe the cocoon of colors still around you from the morning’s meditation.
- With a deep slow breath, emphasize the magenta light until it grows more vivid and over-rides all other colors — filling you cocoon with magenta light.
- Place the Flight of the Falcon oil on the crown of the head and slow the breathing to deep breaths.
- Blow out any stress out of areas of tension in the body while listening to the Deep Peacesleep music. Repeat the music if needed, continuing deep (sleep rhythm), relaxing breathing.
